APO Hiking Society Hits CDO
The time I’ve heard the word Apo Hiking Society is going to have a concert here in Xavier I was like, so NOT excited AT ALL. But I was forced to see or watch the show or concert because teachers or my teacher requires me to do so for a couple of plus points. And the only thing I liked or just put in mind is that there will be people, many people, which will be benefited by the said concert.
I did not really much like the idea of watching a trio of men that are more than 30 years older than me or the idea of listening to their old-fashioned-pinaglipasan songs. But like what I’ve said it’s all for a cost.
The concert began with a performance of a native-band-type band that made me feel good. I liked the drum part, when the drummer (I don’t really know what he’s called) tried to beat faster and faster all over again as the music go intense. I also liked the part where the guitarists showcased their styles of playing the guitar. I also remembered hearing “The Soundtable Band” which amazes me too! I liked how the sound goes and how the music was played. I did not much like the vocalist, special the guy, because he was like so steep and so shy and so MUTE. But nonetheless I liked it. I also remembered Ram Chavez, an alumnus in
The moment I’ve been waiting for has come when the
In deed Apo Hiking Society is a society. A society of people who laughs at problems with just one song, a society full of hope and kindness, and lastly a society that’s never been famous just because they love to sing but they’re loved to sing.
All is for the greater glory of God!

APO Hiking Society Hits Xavier University!
APO HIKING SOCIETY did it once again as they tried to do a beneficiary concert here in Cagayan de Oro City. Particularly in Xavier University - Gymnasium.APO presented their all kinds and differently flavored music, packed with fun filled seasoning. "Grabeh ka worth ang gibayaran!" meaning that they were enjoying the whole show, are the words that audience could only say after watching the concert. In deed! the show was so memorable. Not just because it's seriously enjoyable but also because of it being a beneficiary concert for the flood victims and XU-Beneficiary Sites.
For more or less 30 years of great music and hit songs. APO remained humble and stayed as the person whom they were liked to be. In the way they sing their songs and dance their old yet so new dance steps.
APO IS ONE OF THE BEST! They are legendary and will always be remembered. Apo's music are always loved and remembered for their songs are somewhat attached and near to the hearts of many Filipinos who love them and takes them as pure inspiration.
Their music will always be in the hearts and lives of many people. It will live for generations after generation. It will be loved, revive, remaked, etc. but still "TATAK APO PARIN ANG KANTA!"
God bless you guys! More power to you!
